We got upgraded to a family room with a double and single bed, which was a nice surprise! The space was cozy and clean, and it felt pretty comfy for our two-night stay. But, the decor was a bit dated, and sometimes it felt a little cramped. Still, it worked for our family getaway!

So, I stayed here for 5 nights while working in London. The room with a double and single bed was comfy, but they didn’t have a TV remote, had to ask for it. The breakfast was cook-to-order but no bacon? ! Just turkey rashers instead. Free wifi was a plus. The area outside felt a bit rough at night, though.

The lobby was tastefully decorated, exuding warmth and style, making it a friendly space that welcomed me like an old friend. The accessibility features were helpful for getting around easily, which was a great relief.
